Normal delivery and pickup services are available Monday through Saturday between 8am and 5pm. Deliveries can be made Mondays through Saturdays. Deliveries can be made after hours, Sundays or on holidays for an additional fee. Specific time deliveries are subj ect to an additional fee. Call us at (512) 926-TENT for a quote. Do your crews set up the equipment?
Star of Texas teams professionally set up and strike tents, flooring, fencing, staging, dance floors, bleachers, lighting, electrical generators, power distribution systems, heating and cooling equipment, and other event elements. Tables, chairs, linens, utensils, glassware, china can be set up and striked for an added fee per item. How far in advance should I place an order?
Early bookings guarantee availability. The sooner you rese rve your equipment, the better. We specialize in large or small events and holiday orders. Even if your exact guest numbers have not been finalized, it is best to place your order and then make adjustments as needed.
What is your delivery charge?
Delivery charges are determined according to time, location, and size of order. Additional charges may apply to stairs, steep embankments, or other difficult/dangerous delivery conditions. Call us at (512) 926-TENT for a quote.
What do we do with the event elements before we return them?
Please clean and place into the boxes and crates in which they were delivered. Linens must be shaken and dry. Do not place linens in plastic bags as this will cause mildew and damage which is your responsibility.
How about items that are returned unused?
